88bf · Game topics and rules

Read five parts of a cricket score together: team, runs, wickets, innings and over. Leaving one out can change how the figure is understood.
This page explains game formats and rules; it is not a playable lobby. Check the relevant service for current game availability and the exact version in use.
A named 88bf sport; examples explain scoring, not a current market.
A broad 88bf category with separate game rules.
Suppose Side A is 73/2 after nine overs. It has 73 runs and two wickets lost; more overs may remain. A projected total of 162 is an estimate from current play, not a completed score.
If Side A later finishes on 148, the innings total is 148, not the earlier 73 or projection 162. Match each number to its period.
A hypothetical nine-over line of 70.5 is crossed by 73. A separate completed-innings line of 150.5 is not crossed by 148. The answers differ because their periods differ.
These are arithmetic examples, not 88bf odds or current markets. If play is shortened, the actual event and selection rules govern settlement.
Suppose Side B later reaches 149 and wins. Side A crossed the nine-over threshold, missed the completed-innings threshold and lost the match. All three statements can be true.
A live panel may update quickly. Pause to confirm the side, innings and over; do not infer a final winner from a current lead.
No. It is a score at that moment; later play can change the final innings total.
Yes. The example clears 70.5 after nine overs but finishes below 150.5.
No. A projection is an estimate, not the completed score.
